We have been providing our services for several years to banks and other financial entities that are interested in optimizing sales processes, risks and operations. The scope of our activities can be divided into several areas depending on the needs of our clients, but the main focus of our work is on:

• Analysis of the existing organizational situation in the institution along with the presentation of recommendations in this area. In this area we focus on matching the EFT, SLA for processes, cost effectiveness of solutions and strategic projects/activities and initiatives launched in the organization which can be further optimized and streamlined to better match the resources to the requirements of the organization,
• determining the hierarchy of processes along with their division and criticality/importance on the new process map of the bank/financial institution. The result of our work is a map of the Bank’s processes, which has its owners, dependencies between processes, SLAs, the possibility of generating process regulations, reporting and controlling processes based on BI tools or system views prepared for our needs.
• establishing the shape of business processes/risks and IT architecture in accordance with the supervisor’s recommendations and IT best practices. In this area we focus on the activity which concerns analyzing the available IT documentation and superimposing it on the IT architecture synergy with the Bank’s business processes. At this point we analyze what services are on the side of the bank and what are missing, whether there are opportunities for robotization and automation of certain activities that are currently performed in the organization and whether this meets the requirements of online processes / cloud automation or the strategy of the bank.

In our work we focus on recommendations and analytical documentation, thanks to which the organization can introduce changes and redefine internal processes that will bring added value, meet the requirements of the strategy and above all respond to the changing needs of external customers.
